A guide to getting the best out of Ramadan whilst working

In today's time it is highly important to understand, build and sustain healthy relationships within the family and with everyone in the society.

The Islamic Cultural Centre will be conducting two separate seminars for the parents and the teenagers.

Date: Sunday 2 July 2017
Time: 2pm - 5pm
Entrance: Free, Everyone is welcome. Teenagers must be at least 13 years old

The Parenting Seminar Will Cover:
  1. Parenting in light of Quran and Sunnah
  2. Self Esteem and Mental Health
  3. Internet Safety
The Youth Seminar Will Cover:
  1. Self Esteem and Mental Health
  2. Internet Safety
  3. Purpose of life
