Dr. Tanweer thanked the Islamic Cultural Centre in London for their continuous support to the Forum throughout the 30 years and it's support to the Islamic community in the field of community cohesion projects. He said that the forum serves as a platform for academics and Imams to inform the Islamic community of Islamic viewpoints, presenting the social challenges of Muslims and developing unified mechanisms and coherent strategic ideas towards finding solutions to them.
During the forum, a number of specialists, researchers, academics and Imams spoke about the social challenges facing the society, including youth issues, extremism, Islamic finance problems, and the crisis of misconceptions about Islam in society. A panel of international experts and researchers then held a workshop and organised a Q & A session on the issues of the forum.
