Hajj: A Journey of a Lifetime
Dr Ahmad Al-Dubayan, the Director General of Islamic Cultural Centre and the London Central Mosque gave a talk entitled 'Hajj: A Journey of a Lifetime' at the Foreign & Commonwealth Office on Wednesday 1st August 2018. Dr Ahmad's talk was for around 40 minutes followed by questions and answers. The session was chaired by Nigel Baker (a previous Ambassador to the Vatican and Head of South America Department).
Every year, Muslims from all corners of the world, including the UK, set course for one of Islam's holiest sites in the city of Mecca. Dr Ahmad Al-Dubayan highlighted the importance of the pilgrimage in his talk.
