Duration: 12 weeks (1 session per week, 1 hour per session).

This 12-week workshop is your time to reconnect with your inner strength, regain balance, and make purposeful strides toward growth and progress in life.

Whether it be managing stress, overcoming personal challenges, or working toward self-improvement, this module offers the practical tools to help one move forward with confidence and clarity. Gain self-confidence and a positive self-image through faith-driven, compassionate approaches.

The course will cover the following:

Rebuilding Motivation and Progress:

- Create practical, actionable goals to help you move forward in your personal and professional life.
- Find clarity in decision-making and regain momentum, even when feeling overwhelmed.
- Break free from self-doubt and develop a stronger sense of purpose.

Understanding Emotional Challenges:
- Identify how depression, anxiety, and stress might be holding you hostage.
- Gaining skills in order to overcome feelings of stagnation or overwhelming situations with faith and perspective.

Empowering Self-Esteem:
- Gain self-confidence and a positive self-image through faith-driven, compassionate approaches.
- Quranic insights on resilience, strength, and the ability to transcend inner criticism.

Overcoming Anxiety:
- Take charge of intrusive thoughts and fears with effective, practical coping tools.
- Mindfulness and relaxation from an Islamic perspective.

Turning Struggles into Strength:
- Devise practical communication and problem-solving skills to further personal and relational growth. - Deeply connect, learn to forgive, and commit random acts of kindness in daily life.

This workshop will empower and motivate you and get you ready once again to meet life's challenges with strength and focus. First step to a stronger, more confident you-start feeling stronger each day!

Question and Answers:

Q: Will there be a break during Ramadan?
A: Yes, there will be a break during Ramadan, and sessions will resume the first week after Ramadan, starting April 1. If the majority prefer to continue during Ramadan, we'll only take a two-week break.

Q: What is the structure of the workshop?
A: The workshop is highly structured, featuring a psychoeducation talk by the instructor followed by a step-by-step guided exercise.

Q: Will there be homework?
A: Yes, homework will be assigned to deepen your understanding and enhance progress between sessions.

Q: What is expected from attendees during sessions?
A: Participation in discussions will be minimal to maintain privacy. Instead, attendees are encouraged to write down their exercises during sessions. However, participants are welcome to speak if they wish.
